Marketplace booths will be available for lease to artists and artisans. We would also welcome a few high quality, hand crafted antiques. The booth serves as a personal storefront where an artisan can sell his/her creations year round. Artists do not have to be present at the booth, freeing them to sell at more than one location. Artists may also advertise their own shops or online stores within their booths. We have adopted this model from successful marketplaces in other cities.
Square footage available for an individually owned and operated cafe/coffee shop. Space is also available for a hand-crafted ice cream vendor.
Small events are part of the vision. We believe this helps to draw a variety of consumers to the marketplace. A portion of the marketplace will feature mobile artisan carts which can be moved out of the space for events.
A central cashier will be provided. Clover Village sales staff will also walk the common areas offering point-of-sale assistance for the booths. Artists do not have to present at the booth, yet can still enjoy daily sales.
